Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor

Date: 22 Jun 2026

Location: Kathleen, Western Australia, Australia

Company: Liontown Resources Limited

Who are we?

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia’s newest and most exciting lithium producers. Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia is a world-class, tier-one asset with a 20+ year mine life — and we’re now building on that foundation through a significant staged underground expansion.

The expansion is underway. Underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing, infrastructure programs are accelerating, and a dedicated project team is being assembled to deliver the next phase of Liontown’s growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent, you’ll provide direct, hands-on supervision to the E&I team, managing day-to-day activities, allocating tasks and resources, and driving safe and reliable maintenance of electrical and instrumentation assets across site. Working to weekly schedules and short-term operational targets, you’ll keep the team focused, supported, and delivering.

This is a role for someone who takes ownership. You’ll be trusted to make decisions, solve problems on the run, and set the standard for how good maintenance work gets done.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide direct supervision to the E&I team, allocating tasks and resources and monitoring progress against weekly schedules and operational targets
  • Own the safety performance of your team: set clear expectations, apply risk controls, inspect work areas, and lead a visible, proactive safety culture
  • Coach and develop team members, monitor performance against established procedures, and ensure the team has the tools, qualifications, and support to succeed
  • Monitor the operation and maintenance of E&I assets, troubleshoot performance issues, and develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
  • Support the commissioning of new electrical and instrumentation infrastructure, coordinating with project teams to ensure safe and compliant delivery
  • Use SAP to manage maintenance procurement and contractor verification, and provide accurate information to internal stakeholders on E&I system status and compliance

What We’re Looking For

Whether you’re an established supervisor or a leading hand ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you. What matters most is sound technical knowledge, the drive to lead, and the willingness to keep learning.

  • Electrical trade qualification (A-grade electrician) or equivalent
  • Certificate IV in Electrical – Instrumentation
  • Section 26 Supervisor qualification under WA mining legislation
  • High Voltage Switching Operator certification
  • Sound knowledge of electrical maintenance on a mine site and/or high voltage infrastructure
  • Supervisory or leading hand experience in an operational maintenance environment
  • A go-getter who works autonomously, makes sound decisions, and takes genuine ownership of their work
  • Commissioning experience (desirable)
  • Current Western Australian C Class Drivers Licence
