Liontown Resources is seeking applications for a Lubrication Technician to join our Plant Maintenance team at Kathleen Valley. This will be a site-based permanent opportunity working an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth and staying in our dragonfly village.
Reporting to the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisors your role will include:
- Enhancing equipment reliability and lifespan through the implementation of lubrication best practices.
- Proficient operation of various test equipment for routine and non-routine lubrication functions.
- Execution of planned lubrication activities using test equipment.
- Completion of all planned lubrication work orders.
- Collection and dispatch of lubrication samples for analysis, followed by implementation of subsequent actions based on results.
- Participation in lubrication change-outs and maintenance of dispensing equipment and automatic systems.
- Involvement in breather and filter replacements.
- Maintenance of comprehensive records of recommendations and equipment procurement.
About you
- Previous experience in a similar role, in a FIFO capacity.
- Trade certificate is not essential however will be highly regarded.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- A dedicated attitude and unwavering commitment to safety.
- Demonstrated initiative and strong work ethic.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance within the last 6 months or the capacity to obtain one.
- Successful completion of pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
