Who are we?

Liontown Resources (ASX: LTR) is an ASX listed company with a focus on battery minerals. We aim to be an ESG leader in the resources sector and a globally significant provider of battery minerals for the rapidly growing clean energy market. We will do this by finding, developing and supplying the battery minerals required by the rapidly growing electric vehicle and energy storage industries.

We control two major lithium deposits in Western Australia and have ambition to grow our portfolio through downstream expansion and exploration acquisitions.

Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Project in Western Australia is a Tier 1 battery metals asset with excellent grade and scale. It is one of the largest and highest-grade hard rock lithium deposits in the world and is at the forefront of our vision to support the world’s transition to a low-carbon future. It is one of the few lithium projects globally in construction today, with first production achieved in mid-2024 of schedule.

About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Mine Geologist to join our underground geology team on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. • Ensure data accuracy and QA/QC across sampling and logging activities
  • Collaborate with mining and engineering teams to support daily production goals

About you

  • Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences
  • Experience in underground mining geology (open to strong grads who are ready for the next step)
  • Working knowledge of geological software such as Leapfrog, Datamine, or similar
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
  • Good communicator with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid manual driver's licence and the ability to work in a remote site environment
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and pass a pre-employment medical.
  • Existing and ongoing permanent work rights in Australia
