About the role
Liontown is seeking applications for a Plumber – Water Operations to join our NPI Maintenance Team. This role with be offered as a permanent opportunity, FIFO from Perth and working on an 8/6 roster with 12hr days based at our Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation.
This is a unique opportunity for a qualified Plumber who also holds a Certificate III in Water Operations, bringing expertise in managing Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Wastewater Treatment (WWT) plants to the field.
- Maintain and service plumbing infrastructure across site facilities, including camp accommodation and buildings.
- Operate, monitor and maintain RO and WWT plants, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist with commissioning and ongoing optimisation of new water systems as part of our production ramp-up.
- Collaborate with the NPI Maintenance team to support broader site maintenance requirements, including water infrastructure troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Support the NPI Maintenance team trades when required
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with statutory requirements and site safety standards.
About you
- A recognised Plumber Trade Certificate.
- Certificate III in Water Operations – preferred.
- Experience working with RO systems, wastewater treatment plants, and water distribution systems in a mining or remote environment.
- Solid understanding of plumbing regulations and water quality standards.
- Have obtained a National Police Clearance within the last 6 months or have the ability to obtain one.
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen.
