Following our successful capital raise, we are well funded and confidently entering the next phase of ramping up production at our world-class Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation. With plant optimisation front of mind, we are looking for a Senior Project Metallurgist to take the reins on a diverse range of site-based improvement initiatives.

Our focus is shifting to plant optimisation and operational excellence. As a Senior Project Metallurgist, you’ll play a crucial role in implementing projects that drive efficiency, reliability, and recovery in one of Australia’s most exciting Lithium Operations.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the implementation of advanced short-interval control systems
- Review and improve the efficiency of installed plant equipment
- Establish and maintain a full plant metallurgical model
- Optimise reagent selection, grinding media, and SAG liner configuration
- Partner closely with operations and processing teams to deliver measurable improvements
What we’re looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience with operational projects in mineral processing plants
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ramp-up environment and work back-to-back in a project delivery team
- Have obtained a National Police Clearance within the last 6 months or have the ability to obtain one.
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screen.
