Location: Kathleen, Western Australia, Australia
Company: Liontown Resources Limited
Who are we?
Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is an ASX listed company with a focus on battery minerals. We aim to be an ESG leader in the resources sector and a globally significant provider of battery minerals for the rapidly growing clean energy market. We will do this by finding, developing and supplying the battery minerals required by the rapidly growing electric vehicle and energy storage industries.
We control two major lithium deposits in Western Australia and have ambition to grow our portfolio through downstream expansion and exploration acquisitions.
Our flagship Kathleen Valley Lithium Project is a Tier 1 hard rock lithium asset, recognised for its scale, grade, and longevity. Now ramping up underground production, Kathleen Valley represents one of the most significant new lithium operations globally and is central to Liontown's long-term growth strategy.
The opportunity
Reporting to the Site Services Superintendent, you’ll be a key point of contact for travel, visitor and mobilisation logistics. It’s a high-volume role that rewards strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems and stakeholders. In this role, you will work from our world-class Kathleen Valley lithium project on an 4 days on 3 days off roster.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan and deliver site events end-to-end — family days, town halls, investor tours and employee engagement — managing venue, catering, run sheets and communications
- Coordinate workforce travel and site access, including flight bookings, bus transport scheduling, and room assignment and optimisation
- Coordinate external visitor and stakeholder visits from itinerary to induction, acting as the primary point of contact for visitor logistics
- Support workforce mobilisation for the Kathleen Valley expansion — site access setup, accommodation allocation and induction scheduling — liaising with project teams, HR and village management to track timelines
- Maintain operational performance reports, workforce movement records and logistics and accommodation data, keeping records current and audit-ready
- Raise purchase requisitions and complete service entries, reconcile contractor scope, and complete field safety activities including Safety Observations
What we’re looking for
- Relevant experience in a site-based coordination, administration or logistics role — ideally remote mining or resources
- Proven experience managing travel logistics, accommodation or workforce scheduling in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Strong organisation, multitasking and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep records accurate
- Proficiency in logistics and site management systems such as InFlight, SAM or SAP; experience with the Quartex (INX) suite desirable
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across employees, contractors, travel agencies and village providers; self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience coordinating site events, managing visitor itineraries or supporting workforce mobilisation — highly regarded
