Warehouse Officer

Date: 26 Jun 2026

Location: Kathleen, Western Australia, Australia

Company: Liontown Resources Limited

Who are we?

Liontown Limited (ASX: LTR) is one of Australia’s newest and most exciting lithium producers. Our Kathleen Valley Lithium Operation in Western Australia is a world-class, tier-one asset with a 20+ year mine life — and we’re now building on that foundation through a significant staged underground expansion.

The expansion is underway. Underground development of the Northwest Flats orebody is progressing, infrastructure programs are accelerating, and a dedicated project team is being assembled to deliver the next phase of Liontown’s growth.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehousing Superintendent, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse at Kathleen Valley, managing inventory and coordinating the receipt and dispatch of the materials and equipment that keep our mining operations moving.

It’s a hands-on role for someone who is organised, safety-focused, and ready to take ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inventory management: maintain accurate stock records, track movements, conduct regular stock checks, and implement controls to optimise stock levels and reduce wastage
  • Goods receipt and dispatch: coordinate incoming goods with accurate documentation and quality inspection, and manage timely dispatch to departments and site alongside logistics teams
  • Order processing: process and fulfil internal orders for materials and equipment, working closely with procurement to ensure timely supply
  • Warehouse organisation: optimise the warehouse layout for storage efficiency and accessibility, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Manual handling and put-away: safely lift and place goods in line with internal safety procedures and industry standards
  • Equipment maintenance: oversee the care of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and handling tools, scheduling routine inspections and coordinating repairs as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re open on industry background. Warehousing, stores, or logistics experience in any sector is welcome, and mining or heavy industry exposure is a bonus.

  • 3 years’ experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment
  • Experience with ERP and inventory management systems such as SAP or Pronto (S/4HANA exposure advantageous)
  • Current forklift (LF) licence and WA C Class Drivers Licence
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills, with accuracy maintained under pressure
  • Effective communication and collaboration across departments, vendors, and logistics teams
  • FIFO experience and a Diploma or degree in Logistics or Supply Chain (desirable)
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, National Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol screen
