About the role

 

Liontown Resources is seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Administrator to support our Kathleen Valley lithium operation. This role will be a permanent opportunity working a unique hybrid Perth & Site based roster. You will join our current WHS Admin, alternating between – Perth working 5/2 (Mon-Fri) and site working 4/3 FIFO (Tues-Fri).

 

Reporting to the Work Health & Safety Lead, you will play a key role in supporting our WHS, Training and Emergency Response teams ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all team members and contractors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

As the WHS Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the WHS team by providing essential administrative and system support. You will assist in preparing monthly & quarterly safety reports, managing workers' compensation documentation, and ensuring the privacy and accuracy of records. Your expertise will also contribute to assisting with the administration of INX, SAI360, training calendar and associated records management.

 

Beyond administrative tasks, you will maintain accurate employee records within the WHS Management System and handle general duties such as being the primary contact for WHS-related queries. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the smooth operation of the WHS function.

 

About you

 

  • 3+ years in a similar administrative role, within the mining industry, site-based experience is preferred
  • Certifications or qualifications in administration or WH&S is desired however not essential
  • Proficiency with systems such as SAI360, INX and SAP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional mining teams.
  • Able to pass a Pre-Employment medical, National Police Clearance, and Drug and Alcohol screen.
